SHIPPING POLICY
This Shipping Policy forms part of our Terms of Service and outlines how and when you can expect your orders to arrive. By placing an order with Eucaly Kids, you agree to the terms outlined below.
SECTION 1 - SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES
Our products are shipped directly from our international suppliers. Estimated delivery times typically range between 7–21 business days, depending on the destination and product availability. Please note that processing times (1–5 business days) are in addition to the estimated delivery timeframe.
SECTION 2 - SHIPPING LOCATIONS
We currently offer shipping to Australia. If you reside outside Australia, please contact us prior to ordering to confirm availability.
SECTION 3 - SHIPPING FEES
We offer free standard shipping on all orders, unless otherwise stated. Any additional fees for express delivery or remote area surcharges (if applicable) will be clearly communicated during checkout.
SECTION 4 - TRACKING INFORMATION
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details (where available). Please allow 3–7 business days for the tracking link to update after your order has shipped.
SECTION 5 - DELAYS & ISSUES
While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays, weather events, or carrier disruptions may cause delays. Eucaly Kids is not liable for delays outside our control. If your order has not arrived after 30 business days, please contact us at eucalykids.store@gmail.com.
SECTION 6 - WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. If the wrong address is provided, we are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages.
SECTION 7 - LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS
In the event that your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photographic evidence. We will work with our suppliers to resolve the issue in accordance with our Refund Policy.
SECTION 8 - CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes imposed by your local authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping costs.
